It was a celebration for the record books—honoring a building deserving of the record books.Last fall, people from far and wide came to the small West Texas town of Valentine (population 187 at last count) to commemorate the Valentine school building, which celebrated its 100th year in existence as of October 2010.  READ MORE

Did you know that most of the trees at the school have their own personal water source? You will, after reading this article. I saw Mr. Garcia cutting a black pipe and thought that he was making some sort of place where he can fill with water for the trees. It turns out that the black pipe was not a pipe.  READ MORE
